  • The Organization form allows you to create a new organization entity record within an investigative case, and capture as many identifiable details about the organization as possible. Not all fields are mandatory, but a minimum amount of information is required for the record to be searchable within ICM.

    Organizations Search for an existing record in the master index to auto-fill its information. If the organization record has not yet been created, skip this and enter the details manually.
    Name Name of the organization.
    Aliases Any Aliases of the organization.
    Type Type of organization. The provided choice types are:

    Gang, School, Faith-based Group, Media Organization, Utility Provider, Financial Institution, Medical Facility,Nonprofit, Other.

    Industry/Sector The Industry/Sector the organization operates in.

    Financial, Healthcare, Education, Government, Technology, Transportation, Legal, Retail, Construction,Other

    Street Address Street Address associated with the organization.
    City City associated with the organization.
    State State associated with the organization.
    Zip Zip code associated with the organization.
    Contact Person/Title Contact Person associated with the organization.
    Phone Number Phone Number associated with the organization.
    Status Status of the organization.

    Can be Active, Closed, Under Investigation, Victim, Suspect Organization, Third-Party Observer, or Unknown

    Notes Any notes associated with the organization record.
    Information Completeness Not all fields are mandatory, but a minimum amount of information is required for the record to be searchable within ICM. The information completeness field indicates whether or not that minimum requirement is met. Displays as Partial or Complete.
