Create a Grants Program results letter template

  • As an agent or Grants Program manager, you can leverage templates to compose letters informing applicants of the result, choosing from Award, Rejection (ineligible), and Rejection (decline). These letters are displayed to applicants on the Grants Management Portal, once a decision has been communicated.

    About this task

    You can create and define several results letter or document templates that are used to notify applicants about the final status of their grants proposals, and record the outcome. The applicant is then notified and can access and view their results letter and merit review summaries on the applicant portal, and decline or accept the award notice if their proposal is approved.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_gsm_grnt_mgmt.program_manager, sn_gsm_grnt_mgmt.grant_director

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > CSM Configurable Workspace > Lists.
    2. Select Grant Programs > My grant programs and select a grant program.
    3. Navigate to the Decision activity, and select create letter.
