    About this task

You can assign roles to individual users or groups. Apply roles to groups and the members of those groups inherit those roles.

The Public Sector Digital Services application provides two types of roles: internal roles assigned to internal users such as for government service agents and managers, contributors, managers, and admins, and external roles for constituents, applicants, and business owners, contacts, channels, and partners. These roles are automatically installed with activation of the Public Sector Digital Services Core application.
