  • Extract and analyze data from an image using ServiceNow AI Lens from a Virtual Agent conversation on a mobile device or a portal. ServiceNow AI Lens can scan an image and then gather insights or provide recommendations as per your instructions.

    Vorbereitungen

    To access the ServiceNow AI Lens functionality, perform the following steps:

    Don't scan any personally identifiable information, such as medical reports, financial reports, or other sensitive data, when using ServiceNow AI Lens as you don't want to expose the large language model (LLM) to any sensitive information.

    Role required: lens_user

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the home screen on your Now mobile app or a portal.
    2. Select the Now Assist icon .
    3. Select Show all topics and select ServiceNow AI Lens topic or type ServiceNow AI Lens.
      You would see a welcome message from ServiceNow AI Lens topic.
    4. Select one of the following options:
      • Choose an image
      • Take a picture
      ServiceNow AI Lens service in a Virtual Agent conversation in mobile.
    5. Upload an image or take a picture.
    6. Provide instructions on how to process the provided image.
      ServiceNow AI Lens can provide insights, recommendations, resolution steps, and more.
    7. Wahlweise: Ask follow-up questions.
    8. When you are done, type Exit to leave the conversation.
