Add and view the details of a lead

  • Use the Details tab to add more information about your lead.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sales_agent

    Procedure

    1. In the CSM Configurable Workspace, select the List view.
    2. Navigate to Leads > All and select the lead that you’re working with.
    3. Fill in the information on the Details tab.
      For more information on the description of the field values, see Lead details form.
    4. Select Save.
