    The following table describes the fields available on quote lines. The fields visible in the quote lines grid depend on the columnset configuration set by your administrator.

    Table 1. Quote line fields
    Field Description
    Line number Unique identifier for the line within the quote. Line numbers can be consecutive whole numbers (1, 2, 3) or hierarchical (1, 1.1, 2, 2.1) depending on the administrator configuration.
    Product The product or service added to this line from the ServiceNow catalog.
    Quantity The number of units of the product on this line.
    List price The standard price of the product before discounts or markup are applied.
    Discount The discount percentage applied to the list price on this line. Editable inline in the quote lines grid.
    Markup The markup percentage applied to the cost on this line. Editable inline in the quote lines grid.
    Net price The price after discount or markup is applied.
    Total The net price multiplied by the quantity.
