Configure Program Segment Criteria

    • Create records in the program segment criteria (sn_prm_program_segment_criteria) table based on different records on the entity criteria (sn_req_criteria_customer_condition) table and segments.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_prm.partner_ui

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Partner Relationship Management > Program Segments.
    2. Open a program from the list.
    3. From the Program Segment Criteria related list, select New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

    5. Select Submit.
