Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > Business Continuity Workspace.
In the List view, navigate to Exercises > Pending and select the exercise event in the list.
Log in as the approver of the event and select the Event in the List view.
Select Closed Incomplete.
If the event tasks associated with the event are not complete, you can update the state of the event to Closed Incomplete.
Select Submit for approval.
Note:
If an approval record is created for the exercise, the Approve or Reject actions are not displayed on the form. For a user to view the Approve or
Reject actions, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
The user should have the sn_recovery.event_manager role.
The exercise should be in the Pending approval state.
The exercise should not have any approval records created.
Select Closed Complete.
You can update the state of the event to Closed Complete.
