    Role required: sn_telco_adr_mgmt_manager

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the list icon (List Icon.).
    3. Navigate to Alternative Dispute Resolution > All.
    4. Select the ADR case record that you want to see the details.
