Create work orders for a selected asset on a mobile device
Create a work order for an asset through the Field Service Contractor for mobile application.
Antes de Iniciar
Role required: wm_ext_agent or wm_ext_manager
Procedimento
- Access your instance using the ServiceNow Agent mobile application.
- On the My work navigation tab, tap Asset Lookup.

View the asset record using one of the following option.
- Tap the barcode icon and scan the asset.
- Enter the asset code in Asset Tag.

Tap the asset record and do one of the following actions.
Opção Descrição To create a work order for this asset - Tap Create Work Order.
- Tap Short description.
- Enter a short description for the work order and click Done.
- Click Submit.
The work order is created for the selected asset.
Resultado
A work order is created for a selected asset or review the related work history.
