Accept or reject requests from push notifications
As a Field Service agent, you can accept or reject work order tasks using push notification actions without having to open the ServiceNow Agent mobile app.

Procedimento
- Navigate to the push notification received on your mobile device.
- Tap the push notification.

Process the request.
To Do this Accept working on the work order task notification Click Accept Reject the task notification Click Reject Nota:If you reject the task notification, the task assignment is deleted and the task returns to the Pending Dispatch state.
