    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher workspace.
    3. Select Schedule > Map.
    4. Choose from the following options.
      OptionResult
      Traffic Displays real‑time traffic conditions on the map.
      Agent markers Displays agent locations on the map.
      Task markers Displays task locations on the map.
      Event markers Displays event locations on the map.
      Nota:
      Event markers are only available if Workforce Optimization for Field Service is enabled.
