View events on the Team calendar in Workforce when Workforce Optimization for Field Service is installed

    • View or hide events, such as appointments and work order tasks, on the Team calendar when Workforce Optimization for Field Service is installed to view only the events you want to see.

    Role required: wm_manager, wm_agent

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workforce.
      • Managers, navigate to All > Field Service > Manager > Workforce.
      • Agents, navigate to All > Field Service > Agent > Workforce.
    2. Select the Calendars icon in the contextual side panel.
    3. Use the toggle switches to display events on the Team calendar.
      Events that are toggled are visible on the Team calendar.
