    1. Tap Now Assist from the navigation bar.
    2. Navigate to My Work.
    3. Tap the plus icon .
    4. Tap Ask Now Assist.
    5. Tap Create work order, or ask Now Assist to create a work order.
      The Create work order workflow in Now Assist Virtual Agent on the mobile app.
    6. Provide a description of the issue for the work order.
      The work order is created.
    7. Opcional: Upload a photo of the issue instead of providing a text description.
      The AI agent extracts relevant information from the image to populate work order fields.
