Request an analysis approval for the scenario analysis

    • Request an analysis approval for the scenario analysis in Operational Resilience Workspace. With an approval, you can then close the scenario analysis.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the scenario analysis that you're working on in one of the following ways:
      • All > Operational Resilience Workspace > All scenario analysis
      • All > Operational Resilience Workspace > Tasks > Scenario analysis approvals

      If you navigate to the scenario analysis from the Tasks page, you can skip steps 2 and 3 and update the state of the scenario analysis as outlined in step 4.

    2. Select Request plan approval.
      The state of the scenario analysis is updated to Pending analysis approval.
    3. Log in as the analysis approver for the scenario analysis and navigate to the scenario analysis in the List view.
      A sample Approvals tab is shown in the following example.

    4. In the State field, update the state from Requested to Approved.
      A sample form for updating the approval is shown in the following example.

    5. Select Save.
      As an analysis approver, you’ve approved the scenario analysis as shown in the following example.
