    Field Description
    Entity making use of the ICT services
    Number Unique identifier number for the entity, for example, LEUS0001000. This field is auto-filled.
    Contractual arrangement Unique identifier number for the contractual arrangement, for example, CNTR0009003. This field is auto-filled.
    LEI of the entity making use of the ICT service(s) Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) code to identify the entity that uses the ICT service(s).
    Nature of the entity making use of the ICT service(s) Option to describe the nature of the entity that uses the ICT service(s). Available options are:
    • Branch of a financial entity
    • Not a branch
    Identification code of the branch Code used to identify the branch. This field is mandatory if the entity making use of the ICT service(s) is a branch of a financial entity.
    Function identifier Function as defined by the financial entity.
    Note:
    When creating multiple entities using the ICT services, the combination of LEI and Nature of the entity must be unique. If the nature of the entity is a branch, the combination of the LEI of the entity, Nature of the entity, and the identification code of the branch must be unique.
