  • Set up relationships for business services (BS), business processes (BP), service offerings (SO), and application services (AS). To display relevant information for these services and processes on the forms, you need to configure their relationships first. The [sn_grc_m2m_profile_profile] table serves as the relationship source table for this purpose.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Data Relationships Framework > Main node configurations.
    2. Set up data registries for a business service to service offering, service offering to business process, and business process to application services, in the CSDM business model views.
For information on CSDM business model views, see CSDM data workflow and business model views.
    3. Configure the required relationships for the objects (business services, service offerings, business processes, application services, and dependencies).

See the following example that displays how to script the relationship to find the service offerings for a business service.

      Script the relationships for SO.
    4. Select Save to save the relationships.
The relationships are saved in the instance.

    What to do next

In the Main node configuration, create a relationship registry. For more information, see Set up the relationship registry.
