Configure property for the Business services or Services configuration

    • Configure the system property to assign the CSDM Business services or Services Main node configuration. The Main node configurations are part of the Data Relationships Framework, which is used to define the relationships between various CSDM objects.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Properties > All Properties.
    2. Filter the properties for the GRC: Operational Resilience application.

    3. To use Opres with CSDM header Main node configuration for the business services and use the Business services module in the Workspace, update the value of the sn_oper_res.opres_csdm_main_node_config property to 8879b3e977b11210be0e63449c5a9911.

    4. To use the Service (CMDB) Main node configuration for the services and use the Services module in the Workspace, update the value of the sn_oper_res.opres_csdm_main_node_config property to c483a911ff2a311051b15c97d53bf1db.

      The sys_id for the Service (CMDB) Main node configuration is shown in the example.

    5. Select Update.

      The system property is configured and the selected Services or Business services module is displayed in the Workspace. After running the scheduled job, it runs the integration for the selected module, such as Services or Business services module.

      When the sys_id in the system property is configured for Services, running the scheduled job fetches and displays data for the selected service, as shown in the example.
