Submit a self-attestation to certify the status of the services

  • Submit a self-attestation in Operational Resilience Workspace so that you can certify the status of the services and generate a PDF of the self-attestation report for your records.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Operational Resilience Workspace > Self attestations and select the self-attestation that you’re working on.
    2. In the Assessment tab, respond to the questions in the assessment.
      In the Assessment tab, an assessment questionnaire for the services is displayed. As an assessor, you can respond to the questions in the assessment as shown in the following examples.

    3. Click Submit.
      When you submit the assessment, your responses are stored in the application.

      The following informational message is displayed on the screen: Your responses have been submitted. Thanks for taking the Risk Assessment..

      You’ve updated the state of the self-attestation to Attestation received as shown in the following example.

    4. Click Save.
      Your responses to the assessment are saved in the application.
    5. Click Export to PDF.
      You can export a copy of the answers in the PDF format.
      The following informational message is displayed on the screen: PDF has been successfully generated for download. You can download the PDF in the activity section.
    6. Click Save.
      Your responses are stored in the application.
      The PDF of the self-attestation report is displayed in the Activity section in the self-attestation form.
    7. Click Close.
      By performing this action, you can close the self-attestation.
      You’ve updated the state of the self-attestation to Closed as shown in the following example.
