Submit the Importance and impact tolerance assessment for the business service

  • Log in as an assessor of the Importance and impact tolerance assessment, respond to the questionnaire, and submit the assessment in Operational Resilience Workspace for approval.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Operational Resilience Workspace > List > Importance and Impact Tolerance Assessments > All Assessments and then to the assessment that you’re working on.
    2. On the Assessment tab, respond to the questions in the assessment.
      As an assessor, you can respond to the questions in the following examples that show the five pages of the Importance and Impact Tolerance Template.

    3. In the assessment form, select Save.
      After you've answered the required questions, you can save the responses.
    4. Select Submit.
      After submitting an assessment, you can track the progress on the assessment in the Assessment tab.

      When you submit the assessment, the following informational message is displayed on the screen: Your responses have been submitted. Thanks for taking the Risk Assessment..

      You've updated the state of the assessment to Assessment received.

    5. Select Save.
