Tag an information object with personal information
Categorize information objects to use in the Privacy Management solution with the personal information tag. Only tagged information objects can be associated with the processing activities.

About this task
Even if you create a new information object from the [PI] Information objects list view, you must add a Personal information tag to them. Do not assume that because you are creating an information object in the [PI] Information objects list, the information object is automatically tagged.
Procedure

In the Privacy Workspace, click the List icon (

- Navigate to .
- Select and open the information object you want to tag.

Select the tag icon (
).
- In the Tag window, type Personal information and select the option that appears.
- Click Save.
