Generate a report from an engagement in Audit Workspace

  • Generate a report that summarizes the findings of an engagement to communicate the report findings to executives.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_audit.manager, sn_audit_ws.supervisor

    About this task

    You can generate a report for engagements that are in the Awaiting approval, Follow up, or Closed complete states.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Audit > Audit Workspace.
    2. Click the lists icon (List icon.).
    3. Click All engagements or My engagements in the Execution list.
    4. Click the link to the engagement record in the Name column.
      The engagement must be in Awaiting approval, Follow up, or Closed complete state.
    5. Click the Details tab.
    6. If you have not entered details in the Report section of the Engagement form, then fill in the fields.

      Report template Template used to generate the knowledge base article that reports the engagement results.
      Report knowledge base Knowledge base to be used.
    7. Click Save.
    8. To generate the report, click the Generate report button.
