Configuring Field Service Virtual Agent Conversations
Predefined Field Service Virtual Agent chatbot conversations enable field service agents to view their work schedule for the day and update their tasks.
A conversation topic defines the dialog between the Virtual Agent chatbot and
the field service agent so that the agent can accomplish a specific goal. To configure the Field Service
Virtual Agent Conversations application, do the following:
- Publish the predefined Virtual Agent topics. For more information see,Activate required Virtual Agent conversation topics for Field Service Management.
- Integrate the NLU model with your Virtual Agent topics. For more information, see Activate Virtual Agent conversations with NLU.
- Configure chat in the Now Agent mobile application. For more information, see Enable chat in the Now Mobile Agent app.
