    Application information

    Activate the Now Assist for FSM store app (sn_fsm_gen_ai) to use the work order task summarization skill to generate work order task summaries.

    This store app has the following dependencies:
    • Field Service Management (com.snc.work_management)
    • Dispatcher Workspace (com.snc.uib.fsm_dispatcher_workspace)
      • CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation - version 23.5.12
      • CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Integrations - version 23.5.2
    • UXC Generative AI (sn_uxc_gen_ai)
    Note:
    CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation and Integrations are installed automatically when activating Dispatcher Workspace. For more information, see Activate Dispatcher Workspace.
    Activate the applications in the following order:
    1. Field Service Management
    2. Dispatcher Workspace
    3. UXC Generative AI
    4. Now Assist for FSM
