Track a store plan on the workspace

  • Enable plan creators to track published plan execution end-to-end, overall completion status, parent (HQ) cases, HQ tasks, store cases, and store tasks.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_rtl_hq_ops.agent_manager or sn_rtl_hq_ops.location_manager

    About this task

    Provide the ability to  view, filter, and close cases , and access cases consistently from multiple entry points, so operations teams can drive on-time completion across all stores.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Store Plans and open the required Store Plan record.
    2. Select the Track Plan related list to view the HQ Cases associated with the Store Plan.
    3. Open an HQ Case record to view the details for the selected case.
    4. Review the HQ Tasks related list.
      The related list displays the HQ Tasks associated with the HQ Case.
    5. Open an HQ Task record from the HQ Tasks related list to view task details.
    6. Return to the HQ Case record and review the Store Cases related list.
      The related list displays the Store Cases associated with the HQ Case.
    7. Open a Store Case record to view the details for the selected case.
    8. Review the Store Tasks related list.
      The related list displays the Store Tasks associated with the Store Case.
    9. Open a Store Task record from the Store Tasks related list to view task details.
