Complete task-based questionnaires for HQ-to-store communication directly on the mobile app.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_rtl_instore_ops.associate or sn_rtl_instore_ops.manager
Procedure

In Retail Mobile, select My Work.

Open the store case and select Tasks related list to view the associated unassigned store tasks.

As a store manager, select Assign to me to self-assign the task or Assign task to assign the task to store associate.

Select Take Questionnaire.
The Questionnaire page opens and displays the questionnaire associated with the task record. Each questionnaire is listed as an individual tile under Pending tab, if the questionnaire is yet to be completed or
under Completed tab, if the questionnaire is complete.

Select the questionnaire tile and complete the questionnaire.

If finished, select Submit.
Note:
- Once you create and fulfill the questionnaire, you can view the smart assessment instance through View Questionnaire option on mobile app and the list of smart assessment templates through the Retail
Questionnaire list on the workspace.
- Only users assigned to the corresponding store task or smart assessment instance can perform fulfillment actions.
