In the Operational rounding playbook, navigate to the Schedule stage.

Choose the cadence at which you want this case created:
- Immediate - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks immediately upon publishing this plan.
- One time - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at a future date as specified in Effective start date in Schedule details.
- Recurring - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at the date specified in Effective start date in Schedule detailsand then recurs a series of
days thereafter as specified in Lead time [in days].
