Create a business contact account from license or permit application data
Use the contact information for related parties entered on a license or permit application to create business contact accounts.

Role required: sn_gsm.constituent_agent, sn_gsm.relationship_agent, sn_gsm.government_service_manager, sn_gsm.business_agent, sn_gsm.agency_constituent_agent, sn_gsm.agency_manager, sn_gsm.agency_agent
Prozedur
- Navigate to the CSM Configurable Workspace and select .

Select the interaction number to open an existing interaction record, or select the new icon
to create an interaction.
- Select the interaction type and assign the interaction to a user.
- Wahlweise: Enter a short description of the interaction.
- Select Save.
- Select Create Business and fill in the fields.
- Select Submit.
