Configure the grant proposals list in the Grants Management Portal
Constituents can view displays a list of grant applications that are in progress or submitted through the "My Applications" section in the Grants Management Portal. As an admin, you can customize which information is displayed, and how, by configuring the Portal Data List widget.

The behavior and appearance of the Portal Data List widget can be customized through Instance Options.
Under the Data field, you can can define which table the widget pulls the data from, what fields are to be displayed (e.g., project title, state, priority), any filters or conditions that are to filter the data (e.g., displaying active records only), the list sorting order, and any runtime filters (e.g., date ranges).
Under the Presentation field, you can enter a custom heading that appears above the applications list. You can also choose to filter records using a category passed through the URL by enabling the checkbox.
Under the Behavior tab, you can define how the data list should look and function. You can set the layout to display a list view on desktop, and a card view on mobile. You can also choose how many records are displayed per page on desktop and mobile devices. To allow users to search within the list, select the Show search option. To allow users to download the list, enable Show export action. also supports a script for category-based conditions.
