    • Create an entity in the multiple case creation configuration table based on the mapping that you created.

    About this task

    Adding an entity to the Multiple Case Configuration table for Retail Task Management Core.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All and search for sn_case_creation_config.do
    2. Press enter.
    3. In the Multiple Case Configuration table, fill in the following fields:
      Field Name
      Name A name for this multiple case configuration.
      Entity mapping

      Select the entity mapping for this multiple case configuration.

      This value determines what the source table and target tables are for this configuration.
      Case creation entity

      Specifies which field should create multiple cases.

      Select Organization Core.
    4. Select Save.

    Result

    An entity has been created in the Multiple Case Configuration table.
