  • ServiceNow® Service Owner Workspace provides an integrated Service Portfolio Management experience. If you're a portfolio manager or service owner, you can manage and monitor portfolios and services in an integrated user interface.

    Important:
    As of the San Diego release, Service Owner Workspace is in a planned deprecation. New customers can't find or activate Service Owner Workspace. ServiceNow® continues to support existing customers with Service Owner Workspace but customers who opt in for the new standard portfolio structure must implement Digital Portfolio Management (DPM).     Service Owner Workspace is available as a separate subscription and is part of the Service Portfolio Management Premium experience.
