Edit rules and delivery channels.
Before you begin
Role required: rota_manager, rota_admin
Procedure

Navigate to .

Click the Schedule icon.

On Schedules page, click Notification preferences and select Edit to add or edit Delivery channels.

Click Add New to add a new channel and provide name and email ID.

Select Phone numbers tab to add and edit phone numbers.

Click Save to apply your changes.
