View alerts generated from metric rules

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.user or sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Express list icon (The Express list icon that displays all the active alerts.).

    When multiple alerts are triggered for events that are part of the same rule, the alert grouping mechanism automatically groups these alerts together.
