View on-call group members

    • View the members of your group that are available on call.

    Before you begin

    Role required: Itil, sn_incident_write

    Procedure

    1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app.
    2. In the On-call Schedule tab, tap Who is on-call.
      All the available groups are displayed.
    3. Select a group and tap Submit.
