    • View metrics of a web application to get a comprehensive view of the performance of the application. Tracking these metrics over time can help you gauge the impact of changes made to the application and monitor its long-term performance.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.user or ITIL

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Applications icon (The Applications icon.).
    2. Select the web application name whose metrics you want to view.
