View metrics of an installed application

    • View and monitor the CPU and memory usage of your applications to optimize performance and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the DEX plugin [sn_dex] is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.user or ITIL

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and from the left pane, select the Applications icon (The Applications icon.).
    2. Select the installed application name whose metric information you want to view.
    3. Select the Metrics tab.
      You can view information on CPU usage, CPU usage trends, memory usage, and memory usage trends. For more information on the metrics, see Installed application details page.
