View the location history map of field service agents to track and review their activities over a historical period.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_manager, wm_admin, or admin
Procedure

Navigate to

Click Workforce in the left side panel.

Click the location history icon on the agent card.

Track agent location history.
- Click Filter.
- From the Date field, select the date to track.
- From the Agent field, select the name of the agent.
The Agent Location History Map highlights the agent's tracked locations on the selected date.

Click a marker to open a geolocation history record.
The data record appears with details such as user, location, latitude, longitude, location timestamp, duration, task, and action description from the geolocation history table.
Note: The work order task number appears
if the agent activity is a task. You can open the work order task record to view the details.
