Book appointment for an associated work order to dispatch agent to address the
customer issue.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_qualifier and sn_customerservice_agent, or wm_qualifier and
sn_customerservice.consumer_agent
Procedure

Click the List icon (
).

Navigate to Work Orders > Created by
me.

Select the work order for which you would like to book an appointment.

To book an appointment:
- Click Book Appointment.
- In the Schedule appointment dialog box, view
available appointment time slots, and then select the desired day and
time.
- Click Schedule.
The application books an appointment for the work order.
