Request foundation data sync offerings

    • Request a foundation data sync (FDS) offering from your provider to receive foundational data.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Exchange Consumer > Request FDS Offerings.
    2. From the Offerings drop-down menu, select your provider.
    3. From the list of offerings, select an offering.
      You can select more than one offering.
    4. In the Additional details section, specify the sync interval and UTC time to define the data sync schedule.
    5. In the Share any additional changes to the offering field, add information about any changes you want.
    6. Select Submit.

    Result

    A consumer offering request is created, and the state changes to Work in Progress. After the consumer offering is created, a corresponding record is generated in your provider's instance.
