Publish a foundation data subscription

    • Publish the foundation data sync (FDS) subscription to complete the foundation data sync after the consumer configures and accepts the subscription.

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    If the Auto publish FDS subscriptions option isn’t selected, you must manually publish each subscription.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Exchange Provider > Open Records > FDS Request.
    2. Open the provider offering request by selecting the record number in the Number column.
    3. From the Foundation Data Provider Subscriptions related list, open the foundation data provider subscription by selecting the record number in the Number column.
    4. Select Publish.
      You must publish each subscription that is accepted by your consumer to complete the FDS.
