Zero Copy Connector for ERP release notes
The ServiceNow® Zero Copy Connector for ERP application enables you to connect to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system of record, query remote tables, and build data models to use ERP data. Zero Copy Connector for ERP was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

- Connect to SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal microservices alongside your ERP data with REST APIs.
- SAML support
- Apply enhanced security for HTTP, REST, and OData requests using SAML authentication.
- Implement and deploy faster with the ERP Recruit to Retire contact pack
- Use the Recruit to Retire content pack containing models to get Zero Copy Connector for ERP running on your instance faster.
- Switch between ERP and Platform model types
- Update model type by switching between ERP and Platform without having to start over.
UI changes
- Entity types filtered by system version
- The Model Manager now shows only entity types compatible with your ERP system version to prevent invalid configurations.
