Release Testing Preview program overview

Release Testing Preview is a Customer Program being offered that provides all eligible existing customers (excluding self-hosted instances and customer accounts that require FedRAMP certification) the opportunity to upgrade to the latest ServiceNow release at least 60 days prior to General Availability. The purpose of this program is for customers to test the latest release features within their non-production environments in order to facilitate faster upgrades.

As always, when upgrading to a new version of the ServiceNow AI Platform, ServiceNow recommends using a non-production instance for testing before upgrading your production instance per the upgrade instructions in the release notes. With that in mind, this Release Test Preview (“RTP”) build of the Australia release is made available to existing ServiceNow customers to use on their non-production instance(s) only, for the sole purpose of testing in preparation for upgrading to the Australia release family when it becomes generally available.
