  • The ServiceNow® Knowledge Graph application enables you to create and manage a Knowledge Graph schema for default integrations with Virtual Agent. Knowledge Graph was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

    Knowledge Graph highlights for the Australia release

    • Fixed accessibility issues identified in the Knowledge Graph system. (EPIC1156988)
    • You can select a table for data filtering and to show hidden columns. (EPIC1156939- STRY62490301).
    • Improved semantics for table, column and edge descriptions. (EPIC1156939- STRY62490301).
    • Added new Enterprise Graph tags section on the landing/home page of the Knowledge Graph UI. (EPIC1156939- STRY62514001).
    • Landing page has tabs for KG Designer and Enterprise Graph Tags. (EPIC1156939- STRY62514052)
    • The Create New/edit Tag button in Enterprise Graph tags section, allows users to enter tag details such as name and description, search and add nodes (tables), and fetch all associated node details when proceeding to the next step. (EPIC1156939- STRY62514004).
    • New Configure tables page (STRY62514011), Column/Edge synonyms and instructions card (STRY62514013).
    • Improved search results within servicenow from scratch without any dependencies with Data Graph to enhance context for LLM (EPIC1156974).
    • Guided admin setup experience to simplify configuration and clarify KG value proposition for admins (EPIC1156987).
    • GPT OSS support? (EPIC1156975).
    • Enhanced NLQ by providing textual reasoning- tables, filters, paths in case of failures and also giving allowing follow up corrections by users. (EPIC1156990).
    • CMDB Rel CI relationship support to support ITAM, CMDB and other BU queries (EPIC1156972).
