The Specification Versions form enables you to view version information for a selected specification before you retire or archive it.

Field	Description
Number	Auto-generated ID for the product specification version.
Display Name	Displayed name that appears for the specification in the ServiceNow AI Platform when this version of the specification is in effect.
Version	Version number that is assigned to this specification version.
State	State of the product specification version: Draft Unpublished draft product specification version that is assigned when you first create the specification record. Published Published product specification version that is assigned when you formally publish it for use in a product offering. Retired Product specification version that is retired and can't be used in a product offering or to create another specification version. Archived Product specification that is no longer being used in the ordering or fulfillment process.
Created	Date and time at which the specification version was created.
Created by	ID of the logged-in user who created the specification version.
Updated	Date and time at which the specification version was last updated.
Updated by	ID of the logged-in user who last updated the specification version.
