ServiceNow MCP Registry
Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables AI agents to connect to external systems and perform the required actions without any human intervention. ServiceNow MCP Registry is an open catalog and API for publicly available MCP servers and the server configurations can also be retrieved. With these configurations, you can use any generative AI assistant to perform the required actions in ServiceNow.
The ServiceNow MCP Registry serves as a source of truth for publicly available MCP servers, and organizations can choose to create sub-registries based on their required criteria.
Private subregistries exist in enterprises that implement stringent privacy and security measures, but the ServiceNow MCP Registry gives these enterprises a single upstream data source they can build upon. At the very least, API schemas are shared with these implementations so that the associated SDKs and tooling can be shared across the entire ecosystem.
