    Prerequisites and set up What You Need Before Starting

    ServiceNow requirements:

    • Instance type: Sub-production or Production (PDIs not supported)
    • Release: Zurich or later
    • Roles: admin or sn_erp_integration.admin
    • Plugins: Zero Copy Connector for ERP
    Hinweis:
    Zero Copy Connectors require Trino infrastructure only available on sub-prod and production instances.

    SAP requirements:

    • SAP System: SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA
    • Connectivity: MID Server with network access to SAP
    • SAP User: Service account with RFC access
    • Authorizations: S_RFC for BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL

    Installing Zero Copy Connector for ERP

    1. Navigate to All > ServiceNow Store.
    2. Search for Zero Copy Connector for ERP.
    3. Click Get and Install.
    4. Installation takes 10-15 minutes. Monitor in System Applications > Applications.

    Installing Source to Settle Data Product

    1. Search Store for 'ERP Data Product for Source to Settle.
    2. Click Get and Install (takes 5-10 minutes).
    3. You get pre-configured models for Purchase Orders, Vendors, Invoices.
