Creating a case task Create case tasks to investigate, gather evidence, and perform an assessment for the reported compliance cases. The Compliance Case Management application provides you with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to create, assign, and track the case tasks. Raising a compliance request in GRC: Compliance Case Management Raise a compliance request to seek advice or guidance on the organization's policies and guidelines. By seeking guidance, clarification, or an approval, you can contribute toward maintaining a culture of compliance within the organization. 360° Relationship Visualization of a compliance case Use the 360-degree compliance case view to explore the relationship between your compliance case and the key areas that are identified during its life cycle. The key areas include regulations, citations, impacted areas, related areas, entities, and case tasks. Compliance case management workspace See a comprehensive overview of all your compliance case-related information in the Compliance Case Management workspace. The Compliance Case Management workspace enables you to create cases, requests, and issues. Configure case workflow Configure the compliance case workflow by using the Compliance Case Management application. The following features enable you to configure the compliance case workflow for your requirements: Create a case type: As a compliance case administrator, you can configure multiple case types by using the Compliance Case Management application. Each case type is mapped with a state model that specifies the workflow states and transition conditions for the compliance case so that you can address various compliance scenarios. The Compliance Case Management application can adapt to your needs, whether you're handling fraud cases, regulatory violations, or any other compliance cases. After creating a case type, compliance analysts and managers can select the required case type on the case form, making it easier to categorize and manage compliance cases. Create a view rule: Show or hide fields on the compliance case form by the selected case type. This customization streamlines the form completion process and eliminates unnecessary clutter. By defining the rules, you can control how the compliance case form appears. Create an assignment rule: Create an assignment rule and apply it to a compliance case type by using the Compliance Case Management application. By using an assignment rule, you can determine the appropriate person or group to handle a compliance case. Create an assessment template: Create an assessment template to request responses from the assessor or reviewer. These templates provide predefined sets of questions and criteria to evaluate compliance cases efficiently. You can create, manage, and reuse assessment templates that are customized for specific case types. These templates help to ensure consistent and thorough evaluations. Configure request workflow Configure the compliance request workflow by using the Compliance Case Management application. The following features enable you to configure the compliance request workflow for your requirements: Create a request type: As a compliance case administrator, you can configure multiple case requests by using the Compliance Case Management application. Each request type is mapped with a state model that specifies the workflow states and transition conditions for the compliance request, enabling you to address various compliance scenarios. The Compliance Case Management application can adapt to your requirements, especially when dealing with various request types, such as policy modifications, clarifications, and inquiries. After creating a request type, the compliance analysts and managers can select the required request type on the request form, making it easier to categorize and manage compliance requests. Create a view rule: Show or hide fields on the compliance request form by the selected request type. This customization streamlines the form completion process and eliminates unnecessary clutter. By defining the rules, you can control how the compliance request form appears. Create an assignment rule: Create an assignment rule and apply it to a compliance request type by using the Compliance Case Management application. By using an assignment rule, you can determine the appropriate person or group to handle a compliance request. Create an approval workflow: Create an approval workflow to approve or reject a compliance request. Requests can be sent for approval to multiple users and can be approved or rejected by any one of them. The Any Approvers option enables the request to be closed as soon as it receives approval or rejection from any of the assigned approvers.
Washington DC	Export a report to PDF Create PDF reports for compliance cases or requests by using predefined templates so that the stakeholders who may not have access to the application can still access the data. Sharing vital information via email becomes quicker with PDF reports and enables collaboration with audit teams, partners, or internal committees without the need for application access. PDF reports serve as offline reporting. They can provide you with the flexibility to present comprehensive data in a condensed and readable format. You can select a predefined template or create a customized document template to generate reports. Compose emails in GRC: Compliance Case Management Compose and send emails for compliance cases and requests by using the GRC: Compliance Case Management application to communicate with different stakeholders within or outside your organization. Enhance the user experience in managing multiple impacted and related areas Add and manage multiple impacted and related areas in a compliance case more efficiently. You can use a unified dialog box by selecting the Add button. By using this button, you can eliminate repetitive actions and reduce the time you spend navigating between different screens. As you select the impacted and related areas, you get visibility into the compliance case record in the background and you can make informed selections that are based on the details within the record. Remove multiple impacted and related areas Delete one or multiple impacted and related areas by using the Remove button that has been added on the compliance case form. You can delete impacted and related areas more conveniently without navigating through multiple menus or sections.
Xanadu	Regulatory Agency Library Establish a centralized library of agencies for identifying the relevant regulatory authorities that are responsible for overseeing particular industries or sectors within each jurisdiction. The centralized library consolidates all the regulatory communications via emails and implements the notification rules for the data privacy or security breaches for the reported compliance cases. Auto-calculate future dates Set up future auto-calculations to track your compliance cases or requests.
Yokohama	Smart assessments in Compliance Case Management Utilize the Smart Assessment Engine to assess if your employees are compliant with the necessary regulations. The compliance case administrator configures the questionnaire, and when an action task moves from the Draft to the Assigned state, the assessment is sent. After the assessment, the compliance case manager examines the nature of the non-compliance and its impact on the organization. Based on the findings, appropriate remediation measures are identified and implemented to resolution. To use the smart assessment, a new property called enable_smart_assessments (sn_grc_case_mgmt.enable_smart_assessments) is introduced with the default value as true. Unified Task-driven UI experience As a business user, use the Tasks page on the Employee Center for a consolidated view of all your tasks, enabling you to access and complete them efficiently. This page provides an easy way to manage all your assessments in one place, enabling you to view and perform tasks seamlessly.

Yokohama	Accessibility improvements Accessibility improvements were completed to create a configurable workspace that supports WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Reflow The Configurable Workspace supports reflow, which enables pages and content to be zoomed up to 400% through your browser settings without loss of content or functionality. Additionally, content can be enlarged without scrolling in two dimensions at a width equivalent to 320 CSS pixels or a height equivalent to 256 CSS pixels. Page layouts are transformed into a vertical, stacked view automatically when users increase browser zoom to 400%. This enhancement helps users with low vision or who have trouble seeing web content in a browser due to monitor size, device type, poor lighting, or other situations. Reflow can be turned off with a system property for instances, experiences, and pages. See Reflow for Configurable Workspace for details.
