By using the Retail
portal, you can handle cases more efficiently and get updated information in real time.

Procedimento

In the Retail portal, select from the menu bar.

Select the case.

Select
If the HQ agent requests more information, add notes or more details. If the HQ agent proposes a solution with the resolution, you get options to accept the solution or reject the solution.

Close a case by selecting Accept solution.

Reopen a case by selecting Reject solution.
