    Web application overview

Monitor the performance of your application in real-time to verify that your application is available and responding to requests. To refine your search based on specific locations, use the Location filter. By default, the graphs display the latest data from the last two hours.

For more information on each card, see Web application — Overview page.

    Web application metrics

Monitor the performance of your application. Watching Web application performance metrics like active users, started sessions, average response time, and web requests helps you promote optimal application functionality and user experience.

For more information on each card, see Web application — Performance page

    Users

Monitor your active and impacted users to gain an accurate measure of how many users are engaged with the application. Active users are an important metric to identify trends in user behaviors.

    • On the All users page, two filters are available to refine your search: Users and Status. The Status provides an overview of user statuses, indicating whether they're active, impacted, or you can opt to view all users.
      Note:
The All users list displays all system users with Agent Client Collector (ACC) installed on their devices. If a user hasn't used the application in the last three days, the value of the App last accessed field is denoted as -. By default, sorting is applied on the App last accessed field and data is sorted for the latest 1000 records.
    • On the Impacted users page, use the Users filter to view an impacted user's details.

For more information on each field, see Web application — Devices page.

    Trends

Get a graphical view of your application metrics to see how the value of one or more metrics changes over time. Values along the horizontal axis of the trend report represent the time measurement. Values on the vertical axis represent the changes to the metric being monitored.

For more information on the card, see Web application — Trends page.
