Digital End-user Experience Self-service
Digital End-user Experience Self-service (DEX Self-service) enables you to check the real-time performance of your devices through the Device health check.
This functionality is available via a widget in Desktop Assistant and Employee Center, as well as through the Now Assist-enabled Virtual Agent. Using DEX Self-service, you can check device issues, resolve them based on suggested resolutions, and initiate device actions to maintain optimal device performance.
